Medical Rights

Today, knowing your HIV status (whether it is positive or negative) means being trendy! Being conscious and up-to-date! Everyone has the right to health. However, how can it be used and what does it mean at all?

In the video Tetiana Krasnopolska (Public Health Center of Ukraine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine) and Oleksandr Pavlichenko (Executive Director of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union, will discuss the peculiarities of medical rights of HIV-positive people. The experts will also mention doctor-patient confidentiality rule and the legislation that concerns the preservation of information on the health status.
